Hi Guys,

I am Software Engineer, working in Delhi, India for the past 9+ years.

I am planning to apply for Canadian PR visa via Express Entry Program. I do not have a job offer in hand. CRS Score calculated using the tool and it came out 393.

I want to know,
- Has anybody applied PR without any job offer?. If yes, has anybody got an ITA?
- Any opinions about hiring an immigration consultant for the entire VISA process?

Hello people,
I have been recently approved by oinp, and waiting for ita. My new crs score after oinp approval is 1010. Before getting approval from federal government, I am getting married next month, can somebody suggest me what will happen next? Will I be forwarded back to oinp for further evaluation? Will it affect my processing? I self calculated my crs score by adding my spouse which gives me 406 points in express entry ( it was 410 for myself only). Please suggest.

Thanks

Yes, and yes.
Most people who have received PR through EE do not have job offers.

It's really not necessary.

Hello,
I am currently on PGWP working in Canada under NOC Cat B, which is about to expire in Dec'16
It won't be possible for my employer to extend my work permit since he has to apply for LMIA

Am I eligible under FSW?
Working full time under implied status will it be included as experience?

ECA: In Process
IELTS: L/S/W/R 8/6.5/6.5/8.5
Work exp in Canada: 1 yr to be completed in Oct'16

Please advise, Thanks

Is Express Entry draw based on high CRC Score among the same NOC group or just high CRC score irrespective of NOC
It is sufficient if you post your query once.

It is based only on the CRS; EE is NOC agnostic.

You would be eligible in October 2016 if you have at least one year of full-time (or equivalent part-time experience) gained AFTER you got your PGWP approved.

Hi istari,

- Did you get the PR visa?
- If yes, How much did it take for you from the beginning till the end?
- Did you opt for PNP?
- My CRS score is coming around 390-400. Is that sufficient enough to get ITA?

Regards,
Karthik

No, I haven't.

No. You will need to increase your score (the most recent draw was 480+). Look into PNP.

Karthik
