The letter has per hour salary but not complete hours written (it says variable hours). And I am on my husband's visa
Salary comes in my cash.
well its too risky - from what i have learnt and seen i dont think you can claim points for this

without this experience, do you have 3 yrs+ full time proveable work experience in the last 5-10 years? if yes, you can use that information and apply for EE.

in my opinion its too risky - i have a decent idea about how things work in UAE, i would strongly advise against this for this particular case
Okay, there might be something special in UAE. What other options does he/she has? I fail to believe that application can't be taken forward if you don't have the reference letter from employer.

Hi Guys,

I am having the same issue with experience letter. I was working in an IT company back in 2007 to 2009 but now this company has been closed but I still have an experience letter from the company. The thing is the letter is in my email not in hard copy. Would it worth it to send the printed copy of the letter for EE or not?

The thing is I have been living in the UK since 2011 and did my BSc here and started full-time employment in 2015 but I was working as software developer in Pakistan after completion of my certifications. So the work experience I had in 2007 is in Pakistan.
Thanks

If you're claiming points for this job and only the reference letter is missing, submit as many additional documents as you can. For example, pay slips or bank documents showing salary deposits, work contract, employment letter, promotion letter, resignation or relieving letter etc.

Hard copies are preferred because they're written on company letterhead and have more credibility than letters sent on email. However, if the letter was sent from an official email address to your official email address, than you can notarise it to add validity.

Good luck.

Thanks, @Wandering Mind. Really appreciate that. I don't think so I would include that reference letter because I don't have payslips because at that time we were getting paid in cash. I only have a proof that it came from original email. I also have the contract but in soft copy.

If you've had other jobs and better paperwork for them, then it's a good idea to only show those.

Good luck.

I have three years of experience other than this but in my express entry profile I have mentioned it. And I have got an ITA

Please I wonder if you can help
I am a specialist physician and am applying under 3111 with my three years of training in residency after which I became a specialist but I am confused which job title should I use in my work letter? I read that a resident in training towards a speciality is still included in 3111 NOC
Any idea?

Do you have a medical degree?

Hi evryone

Need you seniors help and guidance at urgent basis

We are really worried and stuck - we have already submitted our application but we have done a gross mistake

My spouse who is the secondary applicant has marked - no to the statutory question of visa refusal/ denial
Situation- his company had filed an H1B visa for him last year whcih was picked in the lottery but later rejected due to his education not matching the IT requirement.

We overlooked or forgot about this point and answerd the statutory question of visa refusal as no for him -
But now it has struck our mind and we are really worried

1. Does this count as a visa refusal ??
2. How do we handle this situation - how do we inform cic about this ?
3. What should do we now - ?? Can this be corrected somehow - it's just been a week since we submitted our application

Please help seniors with the way out

Best regards

oh its simple - nothing to worry

just raise a CSE - link for this is on the AOR document you would have received when you made payment.

and mention the reason also as to why visa was rejected... if you have any written documents like visa rejection letter, attach that to the LoE and send.
you will be fine dont worry :)

good luck
