Just wanted a confirmation, ordering GCMS notes causes the officer issuing the notes to first clear any pending actions on the file, right? Basically it's a very simple way to induce progress on your file if it doesn't seem to be moving forward?

You need the following
1. Letter from bank stating the details of accounts held by you (savings, term deposits etc). The letter should have your name, account number(s), date account opened, current available balance and last 6 months average balance.
2. Last 6 months bank statements

It could be because you would have selected Yes for the question - 'Was Nikhil Bhatia awarded a Canadian degree, diploma or certificate for this period of study?'

Only if you answer No to the above question, then you will get an option to enter details about ECA.

I have a question regarding my work experience requirement for CEC.

Below are my details

• Masters Comp Sc Graduation completed in APRIL 2015

• JOB 1 - Continued my full time job where i was working as a intern before (Got reference letter from employer MAY TO SEP 2015 , FULL TIME TEMPORARY, NOC A IT CONSULATANT)

• Got POST GRAD WORK PERMIT AUGUST 2015

• JOB 2 - CHANGE JOB IN 14 SEP 2015 (FULL TIME , TEMPORARY , GOT REFERENCE LETTER, NOC A 2174)

• JOB 3 - CHANGE JOB IN JAN 2016 ( FULL TIME PERMANENT, NOC A 2174)

• JOB 3 - CHANGE JOB IN FEB 2016 (FULL TIME PERMANENT, NOC A 2174)

Can any one please advice me

• If changing jobs is ok in CEC, as they have written it should be cummulative but i dont know if there is a limit in changing jobs.

• Only my IT consultant to Software developer job title was changed in once after my first job but my duties are same ( any impact on CEC ?)

• Should i count my work exp from MAY 2015 or AUG 2015( the day i got mypost grad work permit).

• If i count from AUG 2015 , then i just have to mention my first company work exp from AUG TO SEP 2015 (my reference letter says i work from MAY TO SEP , it is valid work as we are allowed after graduation, i can attach a explanation letter, Still anyone has thoughts on it ?)

• Most important , My first two job offers are temporary and other two are permanent offers ( ANY EFFECT OF TEMPORARY JOB OFFER ON CEC Eligibility ) ?

I would appreciate if anyone can give those answer, it will be helpful to everyone as i am a very rare case lol.

You are right, i got it later. Also one more question please, i added two education credentials separately and selected bachelor's in one and two year diploma in one. But it's showing my points as per bachelors degree. Then i updated my both credential as Two or more diploma,degree etc. but its still showing the same point. how long does it take to update points or i am doing anything wrong here?

- There is not limit in the number of jobs that you have. The requirement is that you should have at least 12 months of full-time (or an equal amount in part-time) skilled work experience in Canada in the three years before you apply.

- Job Title does not matter, what matters is the NOC or the actual duties and responsibilities that has been carried out by you. NOC should be selected on the basis of the match of actual duties and responsibilities carried out by you rather than the designation match in the NOC list. The same job could be referred to by different titles in different organisations.

- Work experience can be counted only from the time you got PGWP.

- Yes, you can submit the reference letter that you have along with a Letter of Explanation.

- As far as I know, no it will not affect. You can get this confirmed from others as well.
