Needed suggestion regarding my employer reference letter ( Foreign work experience).
My employer reference letter has all the details except the annual salary mentioned on it.
I have submitted my payslips along with the letter.
Would it be a problem going forward?
Or should i submit the webform and LOE?

Good day all, thanks for all the help you provide to aspirants. I will like to ask a question. For spouse who will be traveling together and want to apply for the express entry, do we have to create different profiles and apply for ECA report separately, or will it be the one applicant and the spouse not applying for anything just dominant.
Not sure your question. So you can apply for EE as the principal applicant and married with one application. The spouse doesn’t need to take ECA and IELTS if not counting points, and can be listed as non accompanying as points will be higher.
Hello everyone. Have a simple question: I'm on an open work permit (SOWP) and want to apply for PR soon. I had started an online diploma course in 2021, which is still going on, which is equivalent to a Canadian diploma, before I arrived in Canada (in 2023) on the OWP. The diploma is about to end soon now.
My OWP states that I cannot study on this work permit. Does that mean I cannot use my diploma CRS points for my PR application?

S'il n'y a pas de fil de cette boîte, quelqu'un qui a une compréhension approfondie du processus pourrait-il en créer un et le mettre comme collant?
Je suis un peu confus quant à ce que serait la première étape de la demande d'EE et ses étapes correspondantes.
Bien que le site Web fournisse des instructions dans une certaine mesure, je ne suis pas entièrement convaincu car je comprends qu'il en faut beaucoup plus que ce qui est mentionné sur le site Web.
Ces instructions seront utiles non seulement pour moi mais aussi pour de nombreux aspirants qui recherchent une compréhension lucide du processus.

I was selected with an ITA and i have a question for my proof of funds. I lended 15000€ to my sister 18 months ago and she refunded me 2 days ago.
is it ok in the proof of funds if I write a letter to explain this and I adda bank statement when i lended to my sister and another where she refunds me (same bank account and same name). Thanks for your help

@abhimanyu_kohli. : Go with WES or CES in my experience these two may get you the best probability of securing your expected ECA equivalence. (Based on your profile). I too have a similar acad. Background and I got a positive report from WES which was one less hassle to worry about.
What happens if I have a valid 2 year Work Permit based on a 6month LMIA, and when applying for the Express Entry after 1year, my LMIA has expired. Can I consider the answer to this question, "Do you have a valid job offer supported by a LMIA (if needed)?" as "YES"? Currently I am working on the same valid work permit except that LMIA has expired.
I read somewhere here that, LMIA expiration doesnt matter as long as valid workpermit based on LMIA is present. Please clear.

I am currently in USA and on 23rd Jan I recieved a mail from IRCC that they want updated USA PCC , although I submitted PCA for USA on Aug 2022. I am currently on F1 visa and dont have SSN. So, I have requested for Identity summary request form from FBI but it is taking too long to hear back from them. Can anyone please suggest what I should do in this situation. Is there any other way, I have to submit PCC by 23 Feb.

That’s correct, you can claim job offer points, as long your work permit was issued against a valid lmia
I had done my documents by documents than I want to register for licence exam they asked for course by course so I upgraded from documents by documents to course by course and now I got ita and I need document by document what can I do
I came to Canada as an international student, and while coming to Canada I have experience for 2 years.
I don't want to include that experience in express entry profile as I can't prove that experiences the company is closed.
