@abhimanyu_kohli. : Go with WES or CES in my experience these two may get you the best probability of securing your expected ECA equivalence. (Based on your profile). I too have a similar acad. Background and I got a positive report from WES which was one less hassle to worry about.

What happens if I have a valid 2 year Work Permit based on a 6month LMIA, and when applying for the Express Entry after 1year, my LMIA has expired. Can I consider the answer to this question, "Do you have a valid job offer supported by a LMIA (if needed)?" as "YES"? Currently I am working on the same valid work permit except that LMIA has expired.

I read somewhere here that, LMIA expiration doesnt matter as long as valid workpermit based on LMIA is present. Please clear.

I am currently in USA and on 23rd Jan I recieved a mail from IRCC that they want updated USA PCC , although I submitted PCA for USA on Aug 2022. I am currently on F1 visa and dont have SSN. So, I have requested for Identity summary request form from FBI but it is taking too long to hear back from them. Can anyone please suggest what I should do in this situation. Is there any other way, I have to submit PCC by 23 Feb.

That’s correct, you can claim job offer points, as long your work permit was issued against a valid lmia

Get an ECA for immigration purposes.

I came to Canada as an international student, and while coming to Canada I have experience for 2 years.

I don't want to include that experience in express entry profile as I can't prove that experiences the company is closed.

Is it OK not to add that experience or should I include it Some are saying I need to include it, I am it worried about this.

Can any one reply.

Hello there. I am from Morocco and i just got my ITA and i have 2 question:
1) Reference letter: they ask to be printed on an official document. I dont know what an official document means!! It means it should be signed by any government agency or it just must be on company letterhead?
2) About bank account: my bank account is new i just open it 3 months ago but they are asking for 6 months balance. Is that a problem?

You need to research Express Entry and be invited based on your age, education (need degree assessed), skilled work experience, language tests, and funds. You get points for all of these areas. Need CLB7 for language.
