I have 2 deposit slips
Should be fine as long as it shows your mother's details.
I have 2 deposit slips
One of the thing I have noticed in Express Entry round of invitation is that the number never gone down below 450 since January. I am wondering if this point will ever go below 450? any idea?
Thanks Sir , but is there step by step Here which i can find it easily or through a Express entry portal which demonstrate fully and clearly all things ?Certainly possible. I and many others have done it. Now whether it's possible for you, I can't say. It's not that hard, if you are willing to spend some time reading up, you can do it yourself.
If, however, your English language skills are low, or you are very busy with work and life, or your case is very complicated.. it might be worth hiring a consultant. 5k sounds excessive though. 2-3k should get you a good consultant.
they are aending..i have mine..just waiting for the nominationhello anybody in NOC 8252

Thanks Sir , but is there step by step Here which i can find it easily or through a Express entry portal which demonstrate fully and clearly all things ?

There is no minimum score to get into the pool.
To get into the pool, you have to meet the requirements of one of the three qualifying classes - Federal Skilled Worker, Canadian Experience Class, Federal Skilled Trades. You can google them, or use the Come to Canada tool to see if you qualify.
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...me-canada-tool-immigration-express-entry.html
If you meet that requirement, you can enter the pool and you'll get a CRS score. There's no minimum CRS score. You can be in the pool with 200 points or whatever you get.
Hello all,
For Jobs exempt from the LMIA, it mentioned below:
How to define what is specialized knowledge and how to prove this will benefit Canada?
- workers transferred within a company (intra-company transferees with specialized knowledge) – only those that will benefit Canada with their skills and experience
Regards
Thanks a lot.Among other factors -
To have specialized knowledge any ICT applicant would be required to demonstrate, on a balance of probabilities, a high degree of both proprietary knowledge and advanced expertise.
Proprietary knowledge alone, or advanced expertise alone, does not qualify the applicant under this exemption.
Here's the official IRCC publication that clarifies things - https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...ying-job-positions-specialized-knowledge.html
The NOC you are using as your main occupation, will have a minimum qualification mentioned for it( as declared by CIC). If that qualification if a bachelor's or undergraduate degree then you can give the date of your undergrad. That's what I know, might wanna wait for others to confirmHey!
Just got my IELTS results, filling my EE profile now. Everything looks pretty straightforward except for this question:
Date [APPLICANT] first became qualified to practice in this occupation
If the "primary occupation" is:
I wonder if I should enter the date I finished my undergrad education, which would be 2011? However, I don't claim points for it. I've listed only my US MBA on the education tab (2019), but I got it after I got an experience I'm claiming points for (2013-2017).
- a qualified trade (four-digit code begins with 632, 633, 72, 73, 82, 92), this is the date they became qualified to practice on their own in Canada. (For example, when they moved from apprentice to being a licensed tradesperson.)
- any other job, this is the date they first obtained the minimum education or training stated in the NOC description. (Note: if the NOC only states high school, this is the date they graduated.)
Is it ok to enter the 2011 date anyway?
