Express Entry Step by step instructions.

Hello Friends,
Last month i got LOA from MPNP and i am in process of applying full application in EE. The problem is my current address got changed which i can easily update in express entry profile. But in MPNP account there is no option to update address once assessment is complete and moreover my address is there on the LOA letter as well. Kindly advice if i can use my old address only in EE profile instead of new address just to skip mismatch in both accounts??

In POF letter, we have balance as on date greater than required amt but for last six months balance is 2-3 lakhs

In LOE do we have to explain ?

Assuming that you are applying for EE, you will need to show the source of funds if they are a recent addition in your account. If these were given to you by your parents then a Gift Deed would be required. Or if you have arranged for these funds after a sale of assets or a car etc then a sale receipt will do.

2) Get your language test(s) done. You must get at least CLB 7 in each of the four sections for the Federal Skilled Worker (FSW), Provincial Nomination Program (PNP) or Canadian Experience Class (CEC) streams. But getting CLB 10 gives you maximum points for language.

4) Determine the code that best applies to you on the National Occupation Classification (NOC) list http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/noc.asp

The occupation must be NOC 0, A, or B for FSW or CEC.

5) When you have those in hand you create your express entry profile. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/profile.asp and register for the Job Bank http://www.jobbank.gc.ca/home-eng.do?lang=eng

You'll be in a pool with thousands of other applicants http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/pool.asp

Of course, the more points you have the better. The max is 1200, with 600 of those points coming from your ability to snag a PNP or a job offer with a very hard to get Labour Market Impact Assessment http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/work/employers/lmo-basics.asp

For CEC applicants, the max is 600 but someone who has no work experience in Canada who is only eligible for FSW can only get up to 520 points.

6) Finally, wait for your invitation to apply (ITA). But in the interim you will need to do the following:

a) Have your application fee (C$550 each for principal applicant and spouse) and right of permanent resident fee (C$490 each for principal applicant and spouse) ready

e) contact previous and current employers about them providing job letters. You must have at least 12 months of full-time, or an equal amount in part-time, skilled work experience. Full-time work means at least 30 hours of paid work per week. Work experience while you were a full-time student does not count.

f) research cities in the province(s) where you want to live.

As the post of Stanlee is of Mar 9, 2015 at 10:58 AM, I really do not know if it is still the to-do process, writing this post on september 2018, could somebody please, share how/what has it changed since then?

As well, so far, I do believe the very first step, regardless of the program for which anyone apply, is to have on hand the language test results. Anyway, I could be wrong. So please, any help on that would be appreciated.

Facts:

I (secondary applicant) have liquidated my MF investments and amount got transferred into my individual bank account. Then I transferred the amount to Joint bank account holding with primary applicant. I have obtained POF for joint bank account.

Query:

So I will have to submit what all docs? please explain? Also let me know if i have to obtain POF letter for my (secondary applicant) individual bank account?

I applied for express entry and immediately received a message stating that i dont qualify which was quite shocking. Is this automated message a temporary one till the time my application gets reviewed or it is to be considered as the ultimate rejection.

Can someone please help / suggest / guide.

The exact same thing happened to my sister.

What happened? She made a mistake in completing the form about her WES (educational assessment). Double check, or triple check, all your entries. It is close to impossible to have an immediate rejection unless you are not really qualified or a system error.

Hi, your information is very helpfully, does work experience add up? For example, if I work with one employer for one year and then move to work with another employer will add to 2 years Canadian work experience even if the job title was different/ different field of work?

Hello...all
I need some information reagrding my father name on my passport and other docs...
Actually the thing is in my passport my father name is with surname...
But in my educational docs and other docs its without surname....
Although I already have got notarized affidavit from court mentionaing that my father name with surname and without surname , both are same and representing one person only.
Do i need to do anything else also???
Please help
