Yes, appears that way. You can fill in all the information required and upload the form in the placeholder.

Hi Guys,

I submitted eAPR on 15th November, 2016 and still no news except the medical status - passed. So, Should I apply GCMS notes and could anyone please tell me, what is the procedure to apply GCMS notes?

One more question about PCC. Is PCC valid for 6 months or more in India? and if Visa officer takes more time than 6 months then, Would I need to submit new one after 6 months?

Thanks!

Mine is same status as urs. Dont worry no news is good news... i have learnt that each passing day ur application survives is good for ur PR.
Pcc from police station is valid for 6 months and from passport office is valid for one year. It is preferable to land with valid PCC. Dont worry u will get PR before one year..
between in which class are u applying fsw or pnp.

Yes, this is normal. You can apply for GCMS notes once you hit the 90 day mark. Check this -->

Also, once you submit your application, expiry of your IELTS/ECA/PCC doesn't matter. You do NOT need a PCC while landing.

Could you please provide a timeline Ranveer.35 and details about which stream you applied under?

I took my PCC from Passport office so, it means I dont need to worry about it. I was worried about it because, I am going to shift my residence.

I have applied under PNP.

But, SurbhiGurpreet said, it's better to have valid PCC while landing. What are your views?

My timeline -
Submit eAPR - 15th Nov
Medical Passed - 18th Nov
PNP stream

IMO, PCC is not required at the time of landing. I haven't seen a single case where a PCC was asked till date.

See what you have to bring when you land here and here
