I have been following this forum since I submitted my application in CEC-EE on 11 March 2015.
My application was cancelled due to expired IETLS results, I requested CIC to reopen my application since I will be reappearing for new IETLS test in this month.
Good news is that, CIC accepted my request and mycic status is OPEN again from cancelled.

That's a great news! can you share with us when did you receive the cancellation, how did you request CIC to reopen your application when when, and how long did it take CIC to reopen the file?

Did anybody noticed a change in their review of MEDICAL RESULTS - from not needed at this time - to passed - and to not needed at this time.. again. It stayed PASSED for 3 weeks and today when I checked it says NOT NEEDED AT THIS TIME. Did anybody experienced this? Although MY ECAS remains Medical received already as of 30 April 2015.

Jan 31st ITA
Feb 5th medicals done
Feb 27th pr application submitted
April 30th requested passport
May 2nd sent to cic
May 4th received Cic
May 13th received my passport with COPR
May 17th successfully landed
Border crossing time usa and Canada immigration people dint ask any questions except any drugs, any crime while ur pr aplication in process, asked carrying any guns. That's it
In usa border took me less then 5min, after Canada border exactly 10 mins.

friends.. i need some serious help ASAP... my close friend got refusal because of not submitting the right format of Arranged employment letter... i would request people who sent in a request to re-open the file....how did they do that ??? and what the email address we need to send an email too.. a prompt response would be appreciated..
