Ask your employer(s) they will for sure know how many hours you worked given they paid you for those hours. It is your responsibility to keep track of your hours to ensure you keep within the rules, although possibly just a week over unlikely to be an issue no way to predict.

i have worked not even 1 hour except this week, would it even out the entire year since i didnt work at all the entir eyear and my tax brackets for the week were also for part time(3%) . does IRS look it for every week or every year
its call CRA (Canada Revenue Agency) and not IRS (Internal Revenue Service). CRA will only know the total wages earned for the year depending on the T4 slip which your employer will submit early Feb. If you are asking about how CIC will know if you worked more than 20 hours, well there are plenty of ways since CIC and CRA share information or CIC can simply call your employer to find out as well.

My study permit says I could work full time during the holidays but my school only allows graduate students registered full time to work only 20hrs/week on or off campus whether it's during the semester or holidays. Now I have gotten a summer job that requires me to give 45hrs/wk. Am thinking of doing the job because the permit was given by CIC, not the university. Please, will this have any negative effect in the future? I need your advice.

As long as you follow the conditions of your study permit, it won't affect any future immigration applications. I don't know how your school hopes to enforce this kind of condition so I wouldn't worry about it.
However - your school will need to validate that you are actually on summer break. If they make you take classes then it may be a different thing.
