Basically, I work as an assistant manager for a medium-sized local shop, they are neither too big nor too small. They have an accountant handling all employees' payroll, they made a mistake reporting me working 40 hours while I only worked 30 hours per week.
They, of course, fixed the issue for 2025, and they couldn't fix it for 2024. My employer said it's in my best interest since he paid more contributions than he should.
I want to know what to do to make things clear for immigration I don't want any misrepresentation that can jeopardize my application.
Also, the fix in 2025 is basically just them showing a big deduction of money on my pay stubs.
My question is should I ask my employer for a letter of explanation about the error they made on my payroll, or should I not stress over it and just upload it the way it is, they will understand the big deduction on their own.
