ECA from University of Toronto (CES)

My wife's documents reached CES on 2nd October, CES updated the status on 9th October (Setp 2 complete: Transcript(s) Received). When can we expect further update? Also, how will the holidays impact the assessment? Should we expect a delay of a week to 10 days post 12 weeks?
CES has a holiday break from December 21st to January 5th. They will not work at all in any assessments during that time. My transcripts were received on September 19th and I haven't received any updates other than they had received my transcripts. I will update this post when I get any updates. Your wife's may be updated a week or two after mine.
Thanks. Keep us posted! So if the holidays impact the assessment timelines, we won't be able to get the physical copies before 25th January or so! Sigh...

Those are great news! Looks like you'll have it soon! My status still doesn't show anything more than Transcripts Received (19th September). I sent an email yesterday to inquire about my situation, hopefully I'm moving up in the queue.

You could call them or communicate with them via email. They'll most likely say that they are handling a large amount of applications at the moment and that your 14 weeks haven't past. My advice would be to be patient with them during this process and to focus on getting other documents that you might need. I'm waiting for my ECA as well, since September 19th. They'll get it to you. Good luck!

I have done my pgdca diploma from subharti university. I already got my eca from wes for my bachelors degree but my crs was very less so i had to go to 1 yr diploma. Is there anyone who went through similar situation and guide me in getting transcripts from subharti university as i am going to send them to ces.

You need to visit SUBHARTI distance education examination cell and request them for transcripts.. take your all original documents with you (10th , 12th and degree certificates and your adhaar card). They will take around 2-3 weeks to issue transcripts.
