Applied March 22nd.

Email for Admission received 16th April.

Visa Process - Applying within a day or two.

Hi,
I applied 22 Mrch to the M Eng- Chemical and Materials

3.68 CGA in Chemical engineering fro University of Engineering and Tech Lahore Pakistan.

2 As in Alevels

4 As in O levels

Toefl IBT: 109

One Year Work experience in a reputable Engineering company.

3 Solid reference letters from my university professors.

All educational documents sent directly from the University.

In between contacted the respective program to find out about the reciept of my Documents.

Got an email from the Department asking i i would like to do MSC instead of M Eng - Based on the fact that MSC is funded and M Eng is not. April 13

I replied back that i still wanted to do Meng. April 15th

Got email offer of admission in Meng April 16th.

m checking it daily but the canadian univ offers are not that frequent and not started as well for ECE

Your academics is not par compared to what Alberta's cut off is... but you have your domain or carrier strong in networking so that's what has satisfied them.... Great all the best...

hi vinodini, juz a small info, i am keen to apply for UoA's MINT program, am planning to take up TOEFL test very soon.. can yo advise me if TOEFL would be better or IELTS !! i just went thru UoA's website and it stated that TOEFL score more than 600 is eligible..bt aftr traversing thru this forum i am confused totally..pls clarify me..

Hi Ashwini,

Its better to do IELTS. I wrote only IELTS and joined here now for Fall. MINT requires 7 overall with no band less that 6.
With 6.5 also you can get into MINT if you have basic network knowledge or experience.

I applied for MINT program Fall intake and Bear Track has been updated and all required documents are complete.
It shows as priority 1 and status is decision pending.

What does priority 1 mean? I am here to know about that, I also have the same status. Is that means we have more chances of getting admission?
