Hello Friends

(AOR 2018 December)

I got my latest gcms couple of days back. It looks positive.
The final note is from
**OFFICER REVIEW** - "No indicators of concern on file. Application pending re-medical assessment for PA & Spouse."

The note was made on 28th April 2020...

Other earlier notes include "NAI Eligibility Passed"
"Criminality passed"... All by **OFFICE REVIEW**

I dont know how long it will take them to ask for a re-med. I guess 3 months is their average response time. Its almost 1 year and 8 months now.

Does anyone know if ircc is sending ppr to people currently? Or is it on hold or they sent ppr only to a particular country?

Ircc is the most delayed office i have ever experienced personally in my life.
Thanks for the update dave.
I have an American certificate that has to be converted to Canadian class equivalent certification through a written exam before Dec 2020 (expiry date) ... Thats the only concern i have. Hope i could reach at least by October.

I'm applying for myself only.. independent.
CEC inland.... Will I still get s26?
If there is no info of another individual in your application, then you sill not have redactions under section 26. However, there can be redactions under other sections as per law.

Hello Everyone,

I and my husband are from AOR Dec 2018. We got the COPR in August 2019 and soft landed in Canada in Sept 2019. We are now in our home country India and I have recently given birth to a baby. We are planning to travel back to Canada for settlement and obviously want to take our child along. How can I apply PR for my child? What are the possible options available to get PR for my child?

Thanks,
Jaya

Hello Guys.
My AOR is December 2018. I just received a medical request for myself and my husband. But we have already submitted upfront medicals in March 2020. Do we have to redo medicals? I have sent a webform attaching our medicals again but I have not received any reply from them.
I have 20 days left to submit medical.
Do I have to redo a new medical and submit all over again? Isn't medical valid for a year?
I was wondering if you guys have any suggestions over this ?
Please and thank you!
