100k....and frustrated? i'd be pissed!!! i'm almost in the same boat as you now. got a very nice offer with a sizeable increase in pay....but have less than 5 months to produce PR, otherwise they will rescind it. luckily for me, they had a temporary gig that I was able to secure in the meanwhile. but, as you said...in the end, without a PR, its gonna suck! ???

Yeah I told them to let me join and let me apply for nomination just want
To have backup.i would not be sad if they rejected me 3 months back but
It will be heart breaking for me to see rejection after
11 month and 15 days..I know people who calculated their exp with PGWP got rejected
But usually by 8 months , only one case of 11 month and I already passed that line too
Hope they consider my updated document and just save my time..my work permit will expire in sep 2014.

And what will I do with this PR if I don't have a job it's just getting to a limit of frustration

I have not submitted by PCC along with the application, however, I do have all the PCCs with me right now (including Canada), Should I wait for CIC to ask me to submit or should I send it right now?

One more complication, I had to have my passport reissued along with my spouse and kid due to address change, Should I send the latest passport copies or should I wait for CIC to ask for it?

Advice please?

Thats what I'm worried about too buddy....wish they would just tell me. I've lost the will to care, just want to know. If its a NO, then I will move on to other things. But its taking forever, and I'm forced to make parallel plans and its stressing me the **** out. lol ;D

If I could even see in my notes which they were leaning...that would be awesome help. Cuz then I could decide what to do next.

Well, hopefully your delay is a good sign and one that implies they are considering your updated letter. Lets hope for the best, eh!!

Application status still says "application received" but clicking on the hyperlink it says

That's interesting. I didn't realize it would change. I had my medical exam done on September 17th and my online checker thing still just has "We received your application for PR on December 3, 2012."

Yes it does change.
In my case it has two points:
1. We received your application for PR on December 10, 2012
2. Medical results have been received.

Check with you Doctor to confirm when he sent the Medical report to CIC.
