I got the 85 CAD return of biometric fees on 1st December for my spouse since she was exempt from CREDIT VOUCHER/RETURN CITIZEN&IMM-EAPPS ENLIGNEOTTAWA ON.

checked my credit card statement from which i paid in March!

everything is passed for me since more than a month. Eligibility, security, criminality since october....

usually they refund biometrics fee when they approve criminality, anyways good copr must coming

I got refund since Nov 16. I asked agent last week and she said criminality in progress

Then mine is still pending.i am exemption from biometric.but didn't get refund yet.i Don't know.

Check with IRCC your criminality must be in process, once they pass it they will also initiate refund, same is mine my criminality is in process and I am exempt too, but no refund

If i go by that logic, i got refund on Nov 5 which means criminality is passed before and Medical was extended (expired) on Nov 18. As per IRCC all stages are passed and waiting final decision. Not sure what is taking so long

And if this is not enough, my landlord wants to sell the condo and asking me to vacate in January

there is no rule like others have said some have received refund but criminality still in progress and for me it was passed long back still no refund.

Its race against time now for me as i dont want get in another 1 yr lease and pay 2300/2400 rent when i am ready to buy but cant without CoPR...its so frustrating
