Yes because both forms are going in same envelope. Printed Receipt ( a copy on 2nd form) to attach on Main applicant form ... so they know it’s paid ....I assume folks who had sent their forms today would have done the Same. I am planning to do in same way in couple of days.

Hello guys,
Can anyone make a clarification on this please:
I left Canada during my eligibility period for 3 months and lived that time back in my home country. how should I answer Q.9-c? If I say "YES" then it says to fill out CIT0177 form! which does not apply to me. But in the other hand, the question clearly says "during your eligibility period did you live outside canada?". So my answer would be "YES" because I did!
what should I do?
Also In q.10-a they ask to write all addresses inside and outside Canada. Should I indicate my address outside Canada for that 3 months period even If I say "NO" to Q.9-c? I'm confused

- Do I need to include my previous study or work permit?
- Do I need to include my Canadian PR Card?

Only photocopies of bio pages of passports.
No need to include study/work permits, but take them with you for interview/oath.
Instruction guide asks for photocopy of PR card OR COPR even though checklist doesn't, so I included it

1) Paid my fees, got error in loading page. CC charged! Called bank, can't help. Called CIC, you know the answer. Loged in to MyCIC, nothing there! What should I do?
2) Question 11. What address they need? (Employment address?), Contact person? (Manager/HR?)
I have been employed all period and had different employer. What if the person is not there anymore (Can write HR?) (If no email available (Can write N/A?)

RaJed: I searched on this forum. I think no need to enter PR card info in 14a.... if we have a nexus card given by USA we have to enter as per comments in other threads.... any way we enter passports info ...

Question 11 says "enter details of your employment and education history during eligibility period"

I was student from August 2012 to December 2013 but but during that time i worked part time as well...

Do i have to mention part time works for the question or I just can mention "2012-08 to 2013-12 : Student"

My card charged twice for 630 $ , got no receipt. Nothing in CIC account.
No one pick up at CIC only recorded messages. . Called card company they say cant do anything as transaction pending and contact CIC. I am in big fix now what to do.

Few years back, my work permit got expired and later I got into Re-storation for three months after the implied status while waiting on my new work permit. So in this scenario, do I need to mention this Restoration period of three months in either on physical presence calculator, status before PR section, address section or work section ( unemployed) .. please guide me. For some reason I am not able to print the PDF application form. The print icon is greyed out and when I click print form nothing happens. Anyone else had this problem. Dunno what to do.

Clear your cache memory first then save in a target folder then open everything will be fine.
