Hi guys, I wonder what i can do?,my work permit expires 29.01.2015,my application was recived at CIC oct 15. since i dont work with my employer with who i have this work permit,I'm staying home and waiting for now, so my question is how i can extend my being in CA, if i dont get AOR before my wp expires ?!?!?!?????

Someone suggested on other thread that apply for BOWP even if don't get AOR, may be a week ahead of current WP expiry. Mention in a cover letter that you are expecting AOR soon. I think you are at border & by the time they process bowp your AOR details will be available against client ID.

Hi All,

for the people that got their CC charged in the last few days, what did the transaction show under?
Mine showed under "Citizenship & IMM FSW Sydney"

I thought it would show under CEC not FSW.

please let me know.

Thanks

Don't worry..I guess they were processing through the FSW terminals to charge the CEC applicants too only expedite the process and clear up all the applications until Dec 31st 2014. If you look at the pace they just cleared the applications received from Sept 22 to Oct 2 in the last 4 days. However, in the earlier weeks it took almost 2 weeks to clear one week applications they received. Lookslike they were not even interested in updating the Application count.

This could also reason for some files getting response as "Cap Reached" for 21** (i..e 2171 and 2174) as in case of FSW cap reach in Nov. As long as it's encashed the chances get better.

Can you explain the coloured part..I am little confused on what you mean with that

My application reached on 02 Oct 14 but my Bank Draft hasn't been encashed yet.. Is there anyone whose application reached on or before 02 Oct 14 and not yet encashed ? i am bit nervous at this juncture as i see last couple of days, many of the 02 Oct 14 applicants got their CC or Bank Draft encashed..

Maybe bank draft take a bit more days to be cashed out.

I would not worry yet, September applicants were also being charged the last couple days.
