Did anybody got AOR , Those who are send the applications on OCT 2014 under CEC. Typically how many days it will take to get the AOR any idea?

As mentioned in the November thread, there are August applicants who have not received their AOR yet. The time from submitting an application to receiving an AOR is over 100 days.

I checked with my Bank just now and the Bank Draft is not yet encashed. Keeping my fingers crossed as my application was received on 02 Oct 14.

Application was rcvd Oct 2nd, got charged this morning. The transaction isn't in my statement yet, but I called the bank and confirmed.

My credit card charged by CIC on December 17, 2014. Hope I get AOR before Feb 17th because my current work visa expires that day. Do you know what other options i might have if I don't get AOR by that date?

Congrats, I updated your information in the tracker.

if you're eligible for renewal then send an application before the expiry date then you will fall under implied status
if not you might have to wait for AOR and apply for BOWP.

Maybe more experienced members will have better advice. I'm sure they will answer you soon.

I would suggest to wait until the week before your current work permit expires by preparing all the documents along with a cover letter saying that your expecting your AOR at anytime and will update you as soon as it is available with you and have everything ready to go to File a paper application.

Looking at the current trend I could project your AOR by Mid-End of Jan 2015 . If you get your AOR before Feb 10 apply online. This is just an advise and decision is all yours. Since no one can predict the AORs or their timelines.

Hi guys, I wonder what i can do?,my work permit expires 29.01.2015,my application was recived at CIC oct 15. since i dont work with my employer with who i have this work permit,I'm staying home and waiting for now, so my question is how i can extend my being in CA, if i dont get AOR before my wp expires ?!?!?!?????
