I received a request to send them an updated form IMM5669 as well but never received any confirmation that they actually got it.

They did not send any confirmation email, however you still get the auto reply message.

I got an auto-reply the first time I sent it. Then I received a response asking me to reduce the file size. When I sent them the size-reduced pdf again, I did not receive an auto-reply though. This is why I am concerned.

I suggest call the 1-888-242-2100 ask them if they received any documents? based on their answer, you can decide if you send it again. Take into consideration when the date you sent your files, if its too recent, maybe they have not got yet to your email.
