Hi Guys,
It seems some one from Aor sep 14th CEC inland from Ottawa office got rprf request, so IRCC started processing sep 14th applications as well. So whoever before sep 14th can check their eligibility status.

Monday morning, everyone was silent or still in shock about 27 K invitations
Lets get back to update status after Sep 10th application. From now onwards, still officers will be very strict on checking eligibility clearly for cec candidates? Just curious, usually NOC code not matching and reference letter not in format will the reasons but now with 75 as minimum score things will change and rejections will be less i think.

I don't think anything will change for current applications under processing. They gonna follow rules and standard procedures while evaluating applications. I do see a possibility that CEC applications going to get processed faster than before, as the focus of IRCC is only on CEC atleast for next 4-5 months.

I got GU too. I just logged in to check. It changed back to submitted. I am not sure what it us but nothing got changed inside.

Just hung-up the call with IRCC agent and she confirmed that officer touched my application on 2/10.
Current status:
CEC Inland (with inland dependent), AOR 11-Sept, VO Ottawa
Eligibility = Started/In-progress (it wasn't started on 2/8)
Criminality = Passed
Security = Not Started

I will ask my representative to check my application status tomorrow (holiday today) if there were any GU in my profile.

I am CEC ICT candidate, CRS -490(cut off was 472) AOR 10 dec 2020, MEP 19 Jan 2021 and biometric 20 Jan 2021
However, I had claimed 50 points for job offer by just providing managers letter ( not in company letterhead). I am not sure if IRCC will consider that letter as a job offer and they may refuse my case. Now, today CRS score was just 75 and looks like future CEC score will be very less.
Shall I pull my application and reappear in express entry for future draws...

Not sure but I guess pulling application is not a good option. @legalfalcon would you be able to give your input.

I haven't received one. Might be your application completed Eligibility. try reaching out to them tomorrow or Wednesday. Keep us updated

the letter will not be accepted as per EE rules.

SEP 12 AOR. I called them last Monday. They said criminality in progress and other items not started. VO - Ottawa

I called today, They said the same thing criminality in progress and other items not started. VO - Vancouver. AOR Dec 10, 2020
I do not know how VO Vancouver process the data? slow or fast ??

People from September is still waiting for Eligibility status. Please post your query in December 2020 group. I think if you are CEC category you need to wait. Currently they are working on september applications.

No buddy. I called them today and they said eligibility not started. Oops, now I lost a chance to call them when it really started. I will wait for updates from other people and call them by end of this month.

@chakrat Since you have spent time and resources on your current application, try and salvage it by providing a new letter via webform and explain why the previous one was not on letterhead.

Also, on the side create a new profile and enter the pool, in case your current application is rejected, you can submit the new one and not waste time. Also, if a new draw happens and the score is low, you can proceed with it. In the new profile, since the CRS scores are going so low, you can commit the point for arranged employment completely if you want.
