Hi Guys,
Any one from Sep 11th to 20th got Eligibility status? I have seen sep 10th AOR got status yesterday. Please share your status here.
Sept-11 AOR, VO: Ottawa.
When I spoke to the IRCC agent last week, eligibility and security wasn't started but criminality was passed.
Seeing few posts that sept first week eligibility is started or in-progress or passed, I am going to wait until 2/20 before I call them back for status.

Just my guess based on timelines I observed.,
Sept 11 - 18 --> we may start seeing updates in Feb 15 - 19
Sept 19 - 30 --> Feb 22 - 26

Hopefully they will complete all Sept AORs - eligibility before this month end.
Hope that this pattern stands true. thanks for the observation.

This post is CEC related.. just not Sept AORs (sorry about that)

Today's draw (totally unprecedented)- IRCC has sent ITAs for 27000+ CEC candidates with the lowest CRS score - 75 ( Yes ! i didn't believe my eyes when i first saw this ).. So this clearly shows IRCC's push towards getting almost all CEC candidates onboard for a PR and taking a small break from general draws for FSW (given the COVID travel restrictions)

For those who think, this might be a glitch, here is an official statement from IRCC
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/news/notices/skilled-workers-in-canada.html?fbclid=IwAR08eQOBR6J8jJWSuo7MlbH5x6r_-EwQKVDP0E9e5LUv8t-9MhbKNw7IqXo

I also wonder how VOs are going to process applications validating against a CRS - 75 ( they will have to just check the age and CEC exp i think. that will likely get the candidate past 75)

I am not yet sure how it is going to impact / affect the timelines of how the current CEC applications are being processed. Hopefully they clear existing backlogs and current applications before these 27000+ applications are opened.

Finally, good luck to all those who are already waiting for approvals and for everyone who are about to apply. Very interesting times indeed !

Dear all,
Need one advise
I am CEC ICT candidate, CRS -490(cut off was 472) AOR 10 dec 2020, MEP 19 Jan 2021 and biometric 20 Jan 2021
However, I had claimed 50 points for job offer by just providing managers letter ( not in company letterhead). I am not sure if IRCC will consider that letter as a job offer and they may refuse my case. Now, today CRS score was just 75 and looks like future CEC score will be very less.
Shall I pull my application and reappear in express entry for future draws...
