I managed to speak to an agent yesterday and no encouraging news.
AOR - 17th Jan, Meds Passed - 5th Feb, Biometrics - exempt (gave them in 2019 while applying for PGWP).
Criminality in process, Eligibility and Security not started

Same thing happened to me, its showing twice.
I believe the biometric person wrote in this way because I don’t have any surname in my passport.
For my applications to IRCC, I put my full name in last name section and leave the first name blank.
Should we correct this by raising a webform?

I just called IRCC and I got a mean agent who is not willing to share my information with me.

I just called IRCC and I got a mean agent who is not willing to share my information with me.
My application has been stagnant for the past month or so
Hmmm unfortunately I don't know because I haven't had the bad luck of talking to a mean agent. I would just recommend politely hanging up and calling again if you get a mean agent.
btw, what was the additional document request for? if you don't mind sharing.

I didn’t have a good agent, I guess I’ll try again tomorrow
The funny thing is that my friend and I called at the same time, same wait time and then he got a good agent that shared his information with him.
My ADR was family information
I asked the agent who I spoke to. Alternatively you can always order GCMS notes and check there but that takes a month or two.
