I am trying to call IRCC at 1-800-242-2100 but they are saying client support system is closed even though it’s Thursday (they are usually open from Monday to friday ) and time is 8:30 ( they are open from 8-4)
Can someone please help?

Additionally, the point that I made regarding Paystubs/T4/NOA is for 'supporting' your Canadian work experience. Having said that, even if you have submitted these documents with your Canadian employment reference letter (in work experience section), these documents wouldn't have made difference in Analyst's review as he/she is concerned about validating your NOC (i.e. your roles and responsibilities). I understand that CEC applicants do not have to demonstrate POF.

I finally got my COPR today. See my timeline below.

ITA: Jan 08, 2021
AOR: Jan 21, 2021
- Status immediately changed to "We are processing your Background Check" and it's still the same. I guess this is IP2? Not Sure.
MEP: Feb 12, 2021
BIL: Feb 12, 2021
Loooooong Wait (No updates)
GU: May 18, 2021: I guess this was a final Ghost Update as there was no change in any steps in the application, but the status showed "Application/Profile updated" when I logged in to my CIC account
Portal Email: May 21, 2021: Received an email from OSC Ottawa Virtual Landing Unit asking to confirm the email, UCI, Date of Entry etc...
PR Confirmation Portal Credentials Email: May 25, 2021
eCOPR: May 28, 2021

I don't know which VO processed my application. In my email correspondence I only saw Ottawa.

2 months since Medical pass, not a single ghost update since then.

AOR: Jan 28th 2021.

MEP : 29 March


2 calls to IRCC.

1st Call - March: Eligibitly passed, everything else in process.

2nd Call - Mid may; here they said, elgibility recommended pass, security not started.
