Try opening it in incognito mode or in different browser. Make sure you type right. Or else it may lock your account for 24 hours.

I am unable to login to my account as it keeps saying that error is found in username or password. I am typing the correct username and password. When I try to get a new password, they give my recovery questions, I answer them correctly and type in a new password, still it’s giving me an error and asking to fill the field again. Multiple trying, the account gets suspended for 24 hours!
Please help

These steps work for me every time:
I use this link to log in - https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/account.html
I log out after I am finished. And I almost always have to clear browser cache before logging in the next time.
