So do you think I have to send my app or wait for EE 2015?

I meant 2281 has a better chance than 2171. You need to analyse the SS and CIC CAP trends for these 2 NOCs and take a call.

2171 will most likely not be available. The reason I say that is because although the number of apps submitted eventually declines, but the rate at which it declines will be comparatively higher for 2281 than 2171.

I think you should be fine CAP wise.

Hello All,
I have a question please, I'm a UAE based expat, my application has been received by CIC last week, I have sent everything including the police clearance certificate from the UAE but it took me time to prepare the police clearance from my home country, so I checked and found that in the IMM5612E form it is mentioned in page 6 that I can still send my application without the police clearance and that I should be ready to submit them once requested. I got the certificates from my home country today, so what should I do, should I wait until I get any reference from CIC officer and then submit them accordingly?

Do you think we are still on the safe side with NOC2281?

I believe you have to wait until they request. 2281 should be safe as of now.

At the time of Passport request , do we have to hold a passport with minimum 12 months validity ?

How much time it would take If I apply fo a new one ?

My new passport number will be the same as in old one ?

New passport will take usual time which should be 1.5 months for normal and yes you have to present old passport and you will get new passport number. Old passport number will be mentioned at back page of new passport.

You will receive PCC request from the VO after your file is transferred post PER to your Local VO. Until then, there is nothing that you need to do.

No. The spreadsheet is created and maintained by a few of the forum members themselves. Its an analysis based on estimates so it may not be a 100% accurate but gives a close enough idea.

I was in a similar situation once.

I think you have below options
1) re take your IELTS (I know your scores are already really good, but lets try)
2) Get Married
