Hi everyone,

As I'm sure a lot of you do two or three times a day--you check your status using the CIC Online Services Application Status. Suddenly we cannot login! I'm 100% sure the information provided is correct and neither myself nor my wife have opted out of being able to login. This is the error message I received:

We were not able to identify you using the information you provided. There could be three possible reasons:

1. Please be sure the information you entered is correct and then try again.
2. This service is only available to clients with applications in process. We may have received your application but not begun processing it yet. The following link may help you determine if your application is being processed:
Application Processing Times
3. At this time, you may use this on-line service if you have:
sponsored a member of the family class;


Has anyone else had this happen? We have had no communication from CIC for ages. We are "patiently" waiting for the passport request as many of you July applicants are. Thanks!

CIC has said there's a glitch in the system and they are working on fixing it.
 
i thot i was the only one going thru this, well all we can do is wait till its sorted out
 
me too, same problem
 
for the past few days it stopped working for us either!! (i tried all possible ways of login for both the sponsor and applicant, but useless) maybe they were hacked ::)
 
same pblm...????????/

i can get on ecas......not everyone is affected at all......they are working to fix the problem.......but i sure would be good if when the problem is fix that they upgraded everyone ecas to let them know what going on with the application

Since they've changed their website and you have to go through the million steps to get to the Online Services, I have had trouble too...so I bookmarked the page and go directly from there...

Try going from here and see if that helps...

Still can't log in. Very frustrating even if I know they haven't updated. But thanks for the quick link.
