Hi everyone,

I applied for my son permanence residence in Oct, i have revived email transferred to Kenya, Nairobi.

I usually check the tutus by UCI but, today I did check it by Identification number EP+ 9 digits, and says below message.

"
We were not able to identify you using the information you provided. There could be three possible reasons:
Please be sure the information you entered is correct and then try again.
This service is only available to clients with applications in process. We may have received your application but not yet begun processing it.
[/font]"

But I did put the right information, that means may be the application not yet started? how come it says decision made, and Medical results have been received.

I am really confused pls help if you have experience this thing,

Try logging into the On-Line Services again, this time using your Unique Client Identifier Number.

I find that I can log in using my UCI but cannot using my Immigration File Number.
