Hello all!

We received AOR for family class (outland) spousal sponsorship almost two weeks ago now. We both received our UCIs and the application number. However, I (Principal Applicant) have been able to make a tracker account, but the Sponsor has not been able to make an account. We get the error message that it does not match information in the system. We have tried all the workarounds online (continually hitting next, trying to reset password (same error message occurs), adjusting hyphens/dates/etc. in case an agent put it in wrong). Nothing has worked. Questions:

1) Is there a workaround to get her access to her portal?
2) Does the sponsor's portal show anything other than her eligibility? Does it matter since we have the PA's tracker?
3) Will she still receive an email when her eligibility as a sponsor is completed?

Our application seems to be progressing pretty quickly, with MIL and BIL already received and BCG in progress, but the PA's eligibility hasn't begun and we're curious if the sponsor's has.

Hey! Sharing my experience.

I registered my husband on the sponsor side about two years ago and to be honest, it did not provide much help. I do not remember the portal showing many details on sponsor's side, but the PR Tracker and GCKey should be enough to check everything for the PA's end.

Regarding the notification, my husband received his sponsor approval email directly once he was approved.

There is almost zero useful information available - or frankly needed - on the sponsor's tracker. Just use the PA's.
