Hi, pls does anyone have useful info on what can be done about my spouse passport that was submitted to Nairobi Kenya for visa stamping from Nigeria since September 11th 2025 with no info from Kenya. we've raised series of webform and emails with no single reply from them as regards the issue. Vfs confirmed that it was dispatched to them and has since remained with them with no information and VFS said they have no influence on it. As at last week I still email VFS in Kenya to ask if passport have been received back but still no and that i should contact Visa office in nairobi for info. On my portal 2weeks ago it was updated that a counterfoil has been placed and the application portal is now showing closed. I'm the principal applicant and have gotten my ECOPr since December and my card has been mailed to me because I'm inside Canada already.
