Cannot login to CIC anymore !!!!

So I got my AOR 2 days ago and I was able to login to CIC to check my status until yesterday. For some reason I cannot login today, it says "We were not able to identify you using the information you provided. There could be three possible reasons:"

Is this normal? Does anyone have any idea what might have happened?

Sometimes when VO received and filed your case, your information can be changed in the system. For example, for former soviet union countries , the country of birth can change from USSR to Ukraine or vice versa , sometimes it happens also for British nationals. Not sure if it is same case for you, but you can try a few variations.
