I've been trying from quite a time but I am not able to login to my cic account to check the application. I was checking it weekly till 1st of July and it stated that my application is "IN PROCESS" but now when I am trying to log in, it doesn't show anything. It states

"We were not able to identify you using the information you provided. There could be three possible reasons."

What could be the possible reason ?
 
Applicant. But my brother in Canada who is our sponsor is also getting the same thing I am getting. But I can login to the old account of my father which was withdrawn.
 
e-CAS has changed and it's possible that you may be having difficulty getting the correct field format. I think the date format has changed.

yeah, same with me I cannot see the whole page after I signed in. it's blank.
