Thanks is the UCI on my LMIA?

I'm not sure if it's on your LMIA but it will be on your work permit, usually an 8-digit number and it says UCI/IUC in front of it. It's the same number on all of your work permits. you would have had to write it on the IMM5710E form when applying for your BOWP

Just a heads up for everyone who has applied for BOWP. Me and my spouse applied for our online BOWP on March 25th, existing OWP expiring on May 17th. Applied for GCMS notes for our EE application on March 27th.

Received CAIPS on March 19th that showed R10 passed. BOWP application approved for both today on April 21st.

In between, there was no update on the app, no medicals passed, no doc requirement. Seems like IRCC is firing on all cylinders at this time. All the best for ones waiting...

Whoa, that was fast, congratulations!
Are spouses also eligible for BOWP?

Thank you Concorde. That's good to know. Applied for BOWP on 10 April and have not seen any movement. My R10 is ok per my GCMS Notes so hope mine also comes through.

Good luck with your PR application. What category are you?

If both are in Canada on valid Study/Work Visa, then yes.

I am sure it will come through pretty quickly for you too JoacRy. I have seen processing time mentioned on CIC's website come down from 118 to 68 days since I applied, although it still shows they are processing application received on Jan 7th, 2016. Thanks and good luck with both your apps too.

I applied under inland CEC, no PNP.

My BOWP application has been approved today. It takes exactly 1 month as I submitted the application on 23 March 2016. Good luck everyone!!

My bowp application just got approved. I applied online 16 days ago.

Wow, it seems the processing speed for approval of BOWP application is really coming down (in days). I applied on 10 April and seeing your timeline makes me think my BOWP has a chance of being approved next week at some stage. Thank you for keeping the forum updated.

Yes, may be true for all work permits. Someone I know got work permit extension (not bowp) approved in 22 days, submitted online late March

I applied for eAPR and BOWP yesterday since PGWP expires on Monday. Should i be worried that my R10 completeness check won't be done before my BOWP app is examined? I am unclear on this process, can someone please provide some clarity?
