I applied for BOWP (for me and wife) and study permits (2 kids) one day after my PR application AOR (March 13). I just added an explanation letter saying Im a PR applicant with application number xxxx. All permits were approved today (April 5). Needed 23 days from receipt to be approved. Applied from inside Canada, online. CEC inland applicant for PR. Current permit expires in June 2016.

My husbands WP expires July 27, we have an AOR of Dec 15, CEC inland with LMIA - should we apply for a BOWP or is there a good chance we'll get PR before then?

Can I apply for BOWP before I get an ITA and attach the AOR if I get the ITA a few weeks later.?

Reason I ask is coz my permit expires in 3 weeks and I am at 469 so if I don't make next draw can I continue working on implied status?

Not sure saw the notification on CIC should be a year tho. All i need is the pr. i suspect its coming this month as well

You have to attach the AOR with BOWP application. If your work permit expires before you receive ITA then you are not on implied status anymore (cannot work). Even if you receive ITA and you haven't submitted your PR application then also you are not on implied status.

I have a question. I want to apply for BOWP. I have applied for EE under CEC in Feb. My visa expires in June 2016. But, I would have to travel to my country in April. Should I apply for BOWP before I leave for my country or after I come back from my country which is 1st week of May. Because, it takes 3 months to process I am not sure if I will get PR or BOWP in time. My work place HR has started asking me if i have applied for BOWP. Please help. I Really need your expertise in this regard. Asking because I know you need to be in the country but because of the timing of my travel outside canada, I am tensed. Your help is much appreciated.

You can go ahead apply for BOWP and show your HR the proof of it. Then you may go to your country and come before your work permit expires. Shouldn't be an issue.
