Hi Guys, please help me...!

I received AOR for my PR application on Feb 03, 2020 via EE (CEC). The expected date for PPR is Aug 03, 2020.

My WP will be expired June 30, 2020 and I'm going to apply BOWP. I tried to apply online, I created online application but whenever I continue my online application, it said I'm eligible for Entry Express and I already submitted EE's application. I don't understand why and how I can't create BOWP application online. CIC website said I can apply within 4 months, so I'm going to prepare all documents and will submit the application sometimes in Mar.

Can you guys show me how to create BOWP online application?
