paper based takes 16 months to get pr, you can apply at any time as long as you have a job offer; EE takes 6 months to get pr, but you have to have minimum 1 year of working experience (preferably in Canada) before you apply.

again, depends on which category you applied. Regular bcpnp nomination (Skills Immigration,) can only be used for paper based application, nomination issued under EE can only be used for EE as well.

I have updated the documents post invitation to apply on 27th May'17 and till the time status is applied. Can anyone tells that by when the status will get updated and once moved from applied then how long this will take for decision in normal scenario
