You can apply for express entry without pnp. If you have a valid certificate, you can add it to your profile. I'm pretty sure the cerificate is valid for 6 months, but I may be wrong on that

Did your employer had to go through "Job Advertisement" before you applied under BC EE PNP?

I didn't need to put my job up on the Job Bank for 4 weeks, like with the LMIA application. But, if I remember correctly, you have to state in your PNP application how your job was advertised, how many people were interviewed and why the other candidates were rejected.

So... my PNP was approved today! That's only 9 working days from when I handed in my addendum.

This is my timeline (bumping up my PNP application via EE, through the CEC route. I'm skill level 0).

Date original PNP submitted: Sept 23 2014
AOR received: Oct 7 2014
File number: 14-59**
Addendum submitted: Jan 27 2015
PNP approved: Feb 6 2015

So good news is BC office is working through these EE PNPs pretty quick!

I have applied PNP on Aug 2014 and waiting for the approval. I got mail from BC pnp to send the PNP Express Entry Addendum on January 2015. But for applying PNP Express Entry I think some requirements needs to be met. 1. IELTS is mandatory for applying the PNP Express Entry. 2. Whether Education credential assessment is mandatory (I have applied PNP with Job offer) ? 3. is there any additional things ?

Yeah, You would also need to score 67 in the old system to be eligible, don't forget that.

I am waiting on my date to sit the IELTS eaxm next month, before i can do the EE profile. so i can submit the addendum.

Yeah, Ielts is a pain for me! I got the good result on my second attempt, there goes my 600 dollars

Yes i have to wait more than two months to get an available date for the IELTS. Ahhh. this waiting is so annoying.

Yep, if you want to go faster with EE BC, the waiting period is necessary
