Yes, CELPIP is recognized as a valid language test.

Do I need more bands for applying under Skill immigration - internation gradute category?

Yes, you can, actually A category doesn't need a language test to apply for BC PNP if your score is high enough to get an ITA.

I am bc pnp regilar applicant i apply in sep 2014 got aoron 9 oct 2014. After 16 mounth my employer got email from pnp office for
adicenal information he send information on14 march 2016 thrn after we not get any responce from pnp loffice.last week isend inquire email to pnp
office they give me reply thet my file is under observetion
by officer please wait
Please help i not understand why they take so much long time for taking decisions all applicant for 2014 get their decisions and my file is pending
Please help and guide me

I am creating my application now and finding several unknown/confusing questions.

How do you guys solve those issues? Should I talk to consultant or lawyer? Or any other good way to solve the issues?

I just got invitation under EEBC- International Graduate too.
Got problem here: for Education, you can chose yes or no for question Post secondary education within Canada or within BC, how about outside Canada? I didn't have any post-secondary education outside Canada. Can I just leave it blank? Also, does ESL count as University? As I started ESL a year earlier than academic course, which date I should put in FROM section? ESL or Academic?

In BC JOb Offer form-
What do employer has to select - Does the employee meet the necessary B.C. certification, licensing or registration required for the job?
I am Software Developer and I dont think I need any certification of BC or licensing to do my job as I have bachelors Degree in IT

Does anybody recently heard anything from BC Express Entry - International graduate category? I submiited application on April and haven't heard anything yet. Its more then 2 months and status still shows as Submitted. Does this status changes ? What are the Status availables? Anybody who got approved can please let us know. Thanks!
