Update on nomination? Not yet. I went to their office, they actually tried hard to help me finding out the information I needed. But at then end, they asked me to send an e-mail. It looks like e-mail is the most effective way to ask for information...
In Email they are giving same answer to all members who are sending their query regarding processing times or updates.

If you haven't sent it yet, you don't need to wait 16 months to apply through EE again. I thought you said you'll be eligible to aply EE soon? EE federal stage only takes 6 months or so to get PR.

Yes I am not eligible to apply under EE yet but will be in 2 months, on the other hand I already have a nomination for normal PNP and file is ready. If EE takes 6 months and I will start the procedure after 2 months so I'm looking at 8 months. On top of that BC PNP will take another 2 months so 10 months. Add 1 month waiting for nomination/draw so my total comes to 11 months. 5 months difference. Is it worth it?

Exactly the same question I have now. The only thing I'm worried about paper based is that, if anything happens during the application process, the time might be extended dramatically long, and you never know what's gonna happen. But with EE, whatever happens, it'll be most likely within max 6 months. :'(

Do you know how many times they changed processing time in past 1 year?

Well, even if paper-based processing can change, I don't think it'll change faster than EE... 16 months vs 6 month is now. Up to you buddy, it's just my opinion. :p
