Do they update dates on ECAS if there are any updates? Just curious.

When you click on the actual ECAS status it gives you a little detail with a date (for example mine says :

1. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s), and a study book called Discover Canada on September 7, 2022.)

that was my question. do they update after/once it moves to in progress? lets say last update was on Nov XXX- in progress. Does it show more dates when the test invites are sent etc?

Ahh...I would think so although my own ECAS has yet to move beyond the AOR stage so I'm not 100% sure

How did you contact them?
Any contact number to reach out to them. My BG completed on Nov 24 but still not getting test invite.

Were you able to talk to them?

Our online tracker started working and I see our tracker updated with Citizenship Test completed:

It's great that August are already receiving test invites! I'm from September and nobody has gotten background completed or test invites just one Urgent Processing got test request

Many of us are waiting for basic movement like BG etc.
