quick question... please...

Anybody received AOR from Aug reached file? If applicant from India and Sponsor is Permanent resident of Canada (living in Canada). current approx time between reaching file and AOR??

Can principal applicant apply for visitor visa?? to canada as it may take long time like a year or so.??

India require biometric ?

No biometrics needed for India as of now. However, things may change for applicants in 2019.

PAs can apply for visior visa but afaik the probability of getting it is rare since your sponsorship application is in progress as you need to convince them that you have ties here and would return.

I read on another forum that this means that medical is actually passed.

Received may be passed but it would show PASSED in most cases, may not be here

I sent my application to Sydney and they received it on August 14,then i received a letter with just the application number and request for 85$ for biometric on September 9 and then nothing.
Do you know it’s AOR?or not?

Yes, its Aor now you will recieve medical request

I live in Canada here and I am sponsoring my wife in India . Application package received in Sydney, NS on the 7th of Aug. No AOR yet. Can someone answer how long they are taking now to send AOR as it’s 70 days completed now. I tried checking in ecas service but it’s not showing anything.
