After long waiting of London Doctors Appointment, completed my medicals today . Its E-medicals clinic, so hopefully CIC should recieve it soon and update my status .RPRF paid... Next waiting for Passport request....

It can be done. There is no problem with it. But I strongly suggest you don't. If you have no other appointment day available close by, you can do your medicals. Make sure you tell your doctor, and they document it. If you do medical during your periods, there is a possibility of blood trace contaminating your urine, which would result in more delay.

It's just happened to us when we went for medical in April. They said to us that my wife need to do her urine test again 2-3 days after her "last day" - they gave us a form with the eMedical cover and there was a note on it asking the clinic to fax the result to them.
The good thing that it can be done on lots of places and it's quick - you do not have to wait for an appointment like for medical, we were able to go and do it the same day i called a local clinic. It was about 2 weeks ago, and ECAS shows already that they have received our medical.
