I don't understand why they don't process each application on a First in First Out Process. It looks like they start with each application; then they move to another one and also start again from the top of the files for further process. This way, our first applications are kept below on the file...

And even, the ECAS system is useless....

Looks like my application will be rejected, as I had received the GCMS Notes for eligibility CIC not considering my experience against NOC code as my employer is not providing reference letter about my roles and responsibility only they provide a general letter with salary from dt. to To. date experience.

if this is the case and you came to know before the decision has been taken, its better to send the required letter ASAP with all the details.i am sure they will consider this.Man do this fast dont wait!!

I am not sure if you have taken the CEC checklist document with you when you requested for the reference letter....but here's my suggestion....

Take all your chances and request them....as Jes said in one of the her post....

Most employers would thing that employee is looking a new job and therefore requesting the letter. (But in real its not the case)

I would suggest you to take the CEC checklist with you and the even the copy of GCMS notes with you see your company HR, or atleast you Supervisor. and explain in detail.

Tell tem your employement with the company is based on the letter you give.... and do your best to convince them. I am sure they will help you.

Hopefully, Once you get the latest letter, update them through email and also through an express post...

You need to send the updated reference letter asap. My application also went for eligibility review and the reviewer was satisfied with my experience. So talk to your employer and get it asap. At this point it's your only option.
Most companies are not willing to give a letter for PR since employee can potentially leave the company in two weeks which will not sit well with the client.

Applied also en August and I haven't heard anything back after AOR. I went to my local MP and they got only a general idea about my application saying that my application is in process and they were doing a Police Clearance in my wife from a foreign country, "everything else" is ok. I was disappointed that they are taking so long to process and they did not to provide specifics about eligibility criteria situation if was recommended to pass or already passed?

me too, I haven't heard anything. I have also sent my 2012 NOA they requested and got email from them saying that it was added to my file. fingers crossed and waiting for gcms notes
