There could be many reasons why your applications are still in queue.
From my GCMS notes, eligibility review was initially done on April 16 and the first officer was not satisfied with my experience and was forwared for a review. Fortunately that particular VO was fine with my experience and I received Med request and Biodata/RPRF on June 18. So you can see that there was a delay of over 2 months.
There might be a lot of similar scenarios they are looking at. I don't think the processing is random.

I got AOR on August 31st, 2012. Nothing since then.
I requested GCSM notes on June 6th and still waiting.
Seems like there are quite few people with the same problem

Hello guys

Looks like my application will be rejected, as I had received the GCMS Notes for eligibility CIC not considering my experience against NOC code as my employer is not providing reference letter about my roles and responsibility only they provide a general letter with salary from dt. to To. date experience.

Requesting the Seniors if they can help me to avoid the rejection.

Hi There,

I work in HR too. They cannot refuse such documentations. This is your right if your position consist of such job description. You can actually sue them for this if they refuse to supply you with such information.

Hi Amar,

I'm not an expert on this but just wondering if you still have a copy of your employment contract which is given to you at the beginning of your employment?

If you have that, you may be able to use it too as a reference.

Though the best thing would be, to simply copy and paste the job duties mentioned in that contract - on a fresh letter head of your company (which has its address and contact no.) and get it signed by your supervisor or HR manager.

As few members have suggested, you may need to take this action asap and send the docs through courier - so that your letter gets infront of the VO before any final decision is taken on your file.

All the best.

Hi shah0076, have you checked your Spam or Junk Email folder? Sometimes, these emails do end up there

dear Shah,
I don't think there would be any problem for your medical. The eMedical system(which doctors are using) must having your details like client id, AOR number along with something called IME number(i think this is being issued for your medical exam) for tracking purpose.Even you can call ur doctor and verify about your IME number.

dear author,
Could you tell me what IME means and my doctor said its oke you can do medical without there letter as long as you have your applucation number so now can you plz tell me the details plz...

hey, do you mind telling me when did they request your additional document?

Dear Sir/Madam,

Your application has been finalized and your document is now being returned to you.

If you have included a prepaid Xpresspost return envelope, your document has been returned using this envelope. If you did not provide a prepaid Xpresspost return envelope, your document has been returned to you by regular mail.

Regards,

That's what I received after emailing them.
What does she(he) means by that email???
My document has been returned?????
It said my document was eligible, in the AOR email, and my security and criminal record is blank, and medical was normal as per the doctor....
Does the officer mean passport request is in mail???

If that is the case, then you need to forward the same email to OttPilot-immigration @ cic.gc.ca and inform them that the attachment is missing.

You might have received the following information in the same email.
