Maybe they will send PPR email instead which is why they transferred it to Montréal.
Took me about 1.5 months after DM and myself sending multiple emails to Ottawa. The funny thing is that after they sent me the PPR email they also scheduled me for a landing interview in Toronto while I don’t even live in Toronto. Granted I did send an email to the Toronto landing interview email when I was just sending emails all over the place. I had to let them know that landing interview they sent me was a mistake and they need to cancel it. Anyway the emails did work as I received the PPR email.
I don’t have Vancouver email but will have to find my earlier post and post the link here later. Best.

so you emailed all of them and it WORKED???? can you share the timeline from emailing to receiving PPR?
I email them all but at the same time I was also requesting in a separate email to Ottawa their courier address for my dependents in the USA instead of the PO Box that was provided. All of these emails went out the same time and the very next night is when I received the PPR email. Hence I’m not sure which worked.

Hi guys, really excited to share that I received my landing interview email from etobicoke office today. No passport request before this.
They send email directly to me instead of my lawyer, which is new because all previous updates are going through my lawyer.
My final timeline:
AOR: Oct 25th
MEP/R10 OK/IP2: Nov 28th
Ghost Update: Apri 5th
File approved on April 5th, called IRCC agent to verify. File gets transferred to Montreal after completed.
Raise webform and order GCMS notes on April 25th (my 6th month mark).
Landing interview email: April 29th
Landing interview: May 4th at etobicoke.
CEC Inland
Primary VO: Calgary Secondary VO: Vancouver
Hopefully everybody will get progress soon!

I'm also still waiting, and I am pretty sure that my date of final decision was in March...
