Applicants in August 2021 have not received any news so far, looking for applicants on the same timeline

Hi Friends,

I got my GMCS Notes today. As reference I am a August 4th 2021 applicant.

My application started on 02/21/2022 since them I have not receive any update .

On my notes I saw that I passed medical, criminality , biometrics.

My Eligibility has not start yet because " Info Sharing" is still in process.

Also, my office is CPC Mississauga

I did not receive much information just that!

Info sharing should normally be the fastest process, which involves sending your info and biometrics to US agencies, and typically returns an “No Reportable Trace” within a month, have you ever visited the US?

Hi Thank you for letting me know the other day the correct way to request the GMCS Notes. It took only 2 weeks :)

And yes , I have been in the US multiple times and before the pandemic I spent 5 months there. So maybe that's why its taking too long (my guessing).
On the notes where it says "Person" says my name and everything like this:

Searched Date: 2022/05/27
Effective Date: 2021/08/04
Criminality: Passed - BIO
Medical : Passed
Info Sharing : In progress

Searched Date means that they start doing the background check that day?

I looked it up and there is no explanation whatsoever on the GCMS request service websites, my entry is empty so unfortunately I can’t tell what’s it about.

I also noticed that on my Gmcs notes its only me, there is no mention of my dependent anywhere. On my marital status just said “married” and in the beginning just said “ # of clients: 1 , # of potential visas: 1 “ is that normal? I mentioned him on my application and added him as my dependent. Is that normal?

Hi there, I applied 15 august 2021 last year. So far no news no update from ircc. I applied for notes two weeks ago and still waiting for the notes. But I have managed to link my application online .

yesterday I submitted all info and photos to PR portal, waiting on ecorp now
I am August 2021 applicant

are you single or you with inland/outland dependants?
I am so glad you got it within a year. Hoping for a response on my file too.

I am inland with children. I would not compare my case too much to others because I am Ukrainian, seems it is fast for afghans and Ukrainians

On my notes I saw that I passed medical(but expired),
biometrics submitted.

criminality in progress

My Eligibility has not started yet

InfoSharing" is still in process.

security not started

my office is CPC Mississauga

Also when I scroll down it shows me complete timeline and it says there
"application is missing following item IMM 5406 incomplete for PA. PO to review (dated 21.02.22)

But after that I received my Official AOR and was even able to link my file
so shall I ignore that my application is incomplete as it was complete
Please Advice

Hello @miaa_00 please could you send me the link you used to apply for GCMS. I submitted my application july 2021. No update since my security, criminality, medical passed. Only Eligibility and info sharing remains..
