Now, I'm preparing a letter to ask them why they did not consider my updated letter, while it is absolutely OK to send complementary documents. How can I better claim this? Any idea?
By the way in their email they say: "the list of duties contained in your letter of reference dated November 22, 2012 do not match the actions in the lead statement and a substantial number of the main duties under the NOC code you selected – NOC 4122."
What is the lead statement?
The lead statement is the first lines giving a general definition for each NOC code. For example, the lead statement for the NOC 4012 is :"Post-secondary teaching and research assistants assist university professors, community college and CEGEP teachers and other faculty members in teaching and research activities at universities and colleges."
BTW, how do you know that sending complementary documents is acceptable?
