Hi N_O,

Thanks a lot for your reply. I will wait until the end of this month. Perhaps I have to email them, right?
Yes, you have to email them, and they are supposed to tell you the reason behind being late, as your application was supposed to be processed according to the processing times.

Good luck!

Hello,

Did you email these documents (CV, publication lists, etc) to OttPilot-immigration @ cic.gc.ca or you mail them? They asked me the same documents and I don't know whether to send them by mail or email.

Thank you very much
Would you like to share your timeline? If yes, please post your dates, nationality, number of persons, ecas status, and kind of work experience.

Almost everything with exception to things like police cert, ielts results can be send via email.
Thank you very much for your quick reply. Since I got formal letters with signatures from bank and university, I think it is better if I mail them directly to the following address. What do you think? By the way, is the following address accurate (I omitted the French part)?

Case Processing Pilot - Ottawa
Citizenship and Immigration Canada
219 Laurier Avenue West Ottawa ON K1A 1L1

There are two rather contradictory sentences in the letter. That's why I was confused about sending it by mail or email:

1) When attaching your document(s), please ensure that they are smaller than 5MB and that each document is attached individually.

2) Please quote your complete application number on your correspondence and address your correspondence to the address indicated below.

I think it is a generic note in the bottom, in case they are asking for police certificate you have to send it to the address, others would be sent by email.

Unfortunately her RA is all part-time. So in this case the answer is "NO"? You mean they asked here for just fulltime experience? and the equivalent is not accepted?
Hello Guys,
Today we got my wife's employee letter from HR. It's exactly as follow:

To whom it may concern:
Subject: Employment verification letter for Ms.****
This letter is to confirm that Ms.*** is an employee of the University of ***, and her employment history is as follows:
- Scholarship (Biomedical engineering)
September 01, 2011 to August 31, 2012 40 standard hours/week $750/month
September 01, 2012 to December 31, 2012 40 standard hours/week $750/month
January 01, 2013 to August 31, 2013 40 standard hours/week $1050/month
-Scholarship (Geological Sciences)
July 01, 2012 to June 30, 2014 40 standard hours/week $250/month
-Student Stipend, Graduate (Biomedical Engineering)
September 01, 2011 to April 30, 2012 12.74 standard hours/week $958.33/month
May 01, 2012 to November 30, 2012 12.49standard hours/week $958.33/month
December 01, 2012 to December 31, 2012 13.36 standard hours/week $1025/month
January 01, 2013 to August 31, 2013 9.45 standard hours/week $752/month
-Student Stipend, Graduate (Electrical & Computer Engineering)
September 01, 2010 to April 30, 2011 16.95 standard hours/week $1250/month
May 01, 2011 to May 30, 2011 16.62 standard hours/week $1250/month
June 01, 2011 to August 31, 2011 21 standard hours/week $1580/month
The year to year earnings for this employee are as follows:
2013 (YTD) $6075
2012 $22066.63

I have the following questions:
1- Is this helpful if we include this letter for our application?or it's better that we just get a letter from her department's head indicating she is a RA?
2- Is this possible if we just focus on the Scholarship part which is 40h/week? becuase for the Other parts the total hours is less than 1950h.
3- Could you please suggest us how we can write a letter based on this letter? (I mean number of hours per week, total hours, the period of the job and salary)

Thanks

Based on current results, does CPP accept work experience from back home? and if yes, what was the criteria for them? I mean which kind of experiences do they accept? Do they give any adaptability point to phd student because of 2 year study in Canada or Canadian work experience based on RA/TA? if one of the moderators or active members could come up with some conclusions about successful cases up to now, it would be helpful for everyone.

Actually she started September 2010 and if you check the end part of the letter you'll see it. We have the letter from college of Graduate study indicating she has completed at least 2 years. Our question is that how we can claim her RA based on the following letter:

To whom it may concern:

status update: got a pof request on April 3rd. No further news yet. Also ordered CAIPS, received it today. saying 76 poinst were awarded. The Canadian born child does award me 5 point adaptability. two years study does not count. TA and RA are counted for 2 year and 8 months. No other work experience counted. RCMP Screening sent on the same day of pof request. They assign next VO to check my file on April 24th. So it seems that after one VO checked out your app, they will assign another VO to do next step at a certain time. So I guess, if you want your case go faster, do the next step before hand, get everything prepared well before the assign date, and prepare as much as possible
