App submitted: Sept 12
AOR: Sept 12
Medicals passed: Sept 25

No updates after that. Very much frustrated.. ???

Check the above link, you can ask your friend (in Canada) to apply on your behalf. It will cost $5 only.

However, if you don't have any friend or relative then you can use the third party services, which have different costs.

You're so patient...you haven't ordered gcms all this while, that's impressive! Members have provided you the link. Now I wonder which will arrive first between your gcms and your PPR.

Not only that, you will get an email after some time for this update in MYCIC.
But you will be surprised that it's really a ghost email. yeah, It implies that someone is working on our file.
Same thing happened for me also. Expecting a good news for PPR for me also in the week-ahead.

Hi All,

First time joining the Sept. party. Inland applicant and today (SUNDAY) I got a donotreply email that my applicaon has been update. My only problem is my lawer has control over my application post ITA. So no knowledge whatsoever on what is going on till tomorrow. Is CIC working weekends and overtime now!!!
Any ideas??

My profile was updated yesterday (Saturday Feb 13th). I got the email to notify me of this update this morning, which I have already checked, checked it again and no changes what so ever. I think it's giving me some hope that it might be positive news, given that the case is still "open", and under review.

Hello guys. Happy San valentines day. One question..

I know that when some one gets ppr it is notified with an email. But... Is there something in the cic website that specifies that this happened? I just make the question wondering if someone does not receive the email or never reads it because it is categorized as spam, blocked by any message filtering or anything else. How would the applicant ever noticed that it happened?
