i think these internal processing times depends on the noc job code. I am a drywall applicator. I did not see more people working in this trade. or it may depend on the province u live in.

Yup that could also be true. Bdw, are from Inland?

Answer the statutory questions truthfully. Insert a letter of explanation, if you want to give specific details/ clarifications about the situation.

I had no issues with my PR application because of these - coz I too had answered yes to both these questions ! You should be fine as long as u don't misrepresent anything !

Thank you for the reply :)
I dont wanna misrepresent anything. I want to be 100% truthfuly, just dont know how to interprete this question :)

While login to ecas, please ensure you select date of birth from the calendar and not type it manually. Coz when i type DOB manually it never used to login . But if you select from the calendar than it works. I am not sure about others but this is the case with me . I was using FF browser.

I am very scared and would like urgent help, please:

I am thinking of withdrawing my application. This is why:

In order not to provide employment reference for spouse, I just answered "No" to the question " does X have work experience?" Although I listed all my spouse work experience in the personal history section and noted it in my LOE, I am still afraid that the "No" might be construed as misrepresentation.

Please, offer any advise you can as I'm on the verge of withdrawing my application.

Thanks

I did exactly the same and do not see this as misrepresentation. I also see several members in this forum doing the same.

I did this to declare my wife work experience without claiming any points for her, since we cannot prove any of her experience. I believe others have done for the same reason.

Hi,

Just received an email from CIC, with RCMP request today (exactly one month after 1st AOR).

Oddly, it only asks for RCMP check for myself (PA) and not for my wife. Did anyone have any similar experiences ?

Secondly, the RCMP requests the address of the visa office handling my application, what should i put here (I'm inland FSW applicant). What do i need to input here ? (see text below from RCMP website).

"Applications for immigration to Canada must include the name and address of the Canadian Immigration Center, Embassy, Consulate or High Commission handling the case in the "Name and Address of Contributing Agency/Department" portion of the form."

Thank you for this response, I'm a bit relieved. Buy what I really want to know please, did you answer "no" to the question of whether X has work experience? Because that is the only way to avoid providing it in work history section.

No, I'm not claiming points for it.

Then you should be good. :)
